Applying DTF Transfers
Follow these simple steps for a perfect application every time.

15 seconds

Cold Peel
Preheat Your Press
Set your heat press to 300°F (150°C). Make sure the surface is clean and the pressure is medium-firm.
Pre-Press the Garment
Pre-press the garment for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. This ensures a smooth application.
Place the Transfer
Position the DTF transfer face-down on the garment. The design should be touching the fabric directly.
Press for 15 Seconds
Apply firm, even pressure for 15 seconds at 300°F. Do not move or shift the press during application.
Cold Peel
Let the transfer cool completely (about 10-15 seconds), then peel the film away slowly from one corner.
Re-Press (Optional)
For maximum durability, place a Teflon sheet over the design and re-press for 5 seconds at the same temperature.
Pro Tips
- • Always test with a sample piece first if you're new to DTF transfers.
- • Do NOT use an iron — a heat press is required for consistent, even pressure.
- • Wait 24 hours before washing the garment for maximum adhesion.
- • Wash inside out, cold water, tumble dry low for best longevity.
