1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Leo DTF Prints ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Products and Orders
All products are custom-made to order. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on quantity tiers displayed on product pages.
3. Design Uploads
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any designs you upload. We do not claim ownership of your designs but reserve the right to refuse printing content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or violates any applicable laws.
4. Cashback Program
Registered users earn 5% cashback on eligible orders. Cashback is credited as site credit, does not expire, and can be used on future orders with no spending limit. Cashback is earned only on the portion of an order paid with real currency, not on cashback credits used. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the cashback program at any time.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 45 days for a reprint or refund. We may request photos of the issue for verification.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Leo DTF Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
